Invest Heavily in Science & Technology

This "water bicycle" was developed by a Nigerian, Anthony Orowho, a.k.a. Scientist Morison: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVxWeais4lM

...To grow our economy, we have to invest heavily in Science & Technology. INVENTORS need to be supported. Angel investors are needed. The Trademark and Patent Office has to be brought to world-class level. Nigerians should learn to patronize "Made in Nigeria" goods. To gain relevance and enjoy prosperity, we must be a producing (manufacturing) society and not just a consuming society. Let us bring pressure to bear on the Government! #WakeUpNigeria #NigeriaBeyondOil #Progress

The ministry of Science and Technology has to invest heavily in the various Technology Incubation Centers in the country. ...The perception of the general public towards inventors and innovators should be one that encourages and celebrates inventive efforts. All hands should be on deck. This is how we move Nigeria forward. #Unity #Faith #Peace #Progress

Computer Security Tips

Computer Security Tips

Look out for HTTPS:
It’s not safe to send private information over http because others could read it. Look out for HTTPS and not HTTP. If a site requests private information over http, it’s either poorly developed or it has malicious content. If you get an SSL certificate warning, it’s a sign of a security problem. Don’t just click through. The safest option is to leave the site.

Managing your Internet browser’s security and privacy:
(a)    Clear your browser history.
(b)   Don’t store passwords in your browser.
(c)    Clear your cache and cookies after signing out of an account that holds private information.

Protect yourself from Internet crime:
(a)    Sign off web accounts. As soon as you’re done, end your session.
(b)   Don’t store passwords in your browser or on websites. Passwords stored this way can be vulnerable to theft.
(c)    Don’t browse while signed into accounts. Before signing into an account that holds private information, such as a corporate network or bank account, close all other browser windows and tabs.
